In the book, Lynn discusses her navigational tools for getting through the storms of family life, major career challenges, grave health issues, and the adjustments she made in beliefs about herself. This “overcomer” also utilizes meteorological terms, like hurricane strength life challenges, to describe the severity of some totally unexpected and unplanned storm experiences in her life.
