A Three-Part Celebration: The Life and Legacy of Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon

It-Works-if-You-Work-It-195x300Johnnie ColemonFebruary is a month of great celebration for me primarily because of my born day on Feb. 11th. Yes, it’s My Birthday month!  In addition, I will also be engaging in “A Three-Part Celebration of the Life and Legacy of Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon,” my beloved Spiritual Mother and one of the greatest ‘over-comers’ I’ve ever had the opportunity to personally learn and grow from. The Cider Enterprises Book Club Conference Call will be concluding this three-part celebration with a discussion about Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon’s thought-transformation series “It Works If You Work It.” Rev. Coleman’s five-part study contains simple, yet powerful affirmations; and more importantly, she shares her beliefs about these affirmations. In retrospection, I find it even more amazing to note the alignment of her study with Universal Truths. Join us in part three of the celebration on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016 at 7 pm CST, by calling 218-339-9469, access code 20112#.

Part two of the Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon celebration will also take place Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016 with an invitation from The Love Journey, Inc. Inspirational Conference Call at 6 AM CST.  Join us at 712-432-0900, access code 772719# to share or just listen to the memorable stories and testimonies of tribute.

Part one of the Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon celebration will convene on Vanda Guzman’s Blog Talk Radio Show, Life Is So Beautiful. The celebration begins on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016 at 2 PM CST. Also, Follow and Like her Facebook page “Vanda Guzman Music.”

In researching Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon, I was told that Rev. Johnnie preferred not to be singled out for her birthday during her later years. However, when she did celebrate, I can recall the fun-filled experiences we shared together with the February – Aquarian Birth Month group at Christ Universal Temple in Chicago, IL.  These Birth Month groups were not only fund raisers, but also an effective method for the large number of attendees to get to know others.  “What’s your birthday?” became as common a question as “What’s your church home?”   I believe our February – Aquarian Birth Month group won, collecting the largest amount of contributions, because of Rev. Johnnie’s “all in” attitude.  She lived the truth of what she dedicated her life to teach others.  Okay, Rev. Joe Hill, I acknowledge you as the winner of those other times.

I invite you to join our three-part celebration of meaningful conversations and help us pay tribute to the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Johnnie Colemon.  I’ll be listening for you …
